All floors shall be provided with quality vitrified tiles for all rooms including kitchen and toilets, while cement tiles will be provided for the flooring of portico. |

Green polished marble slap/granite to be provided on the kitchen platform with a stainless steel/marble made sink. Glazed tile to be provided on wall dado up to standard height of 2'-6” from platform. |

There shall be common water supply to each individual sump from the central Borewell. The house owner shall make their own arrangement to lift water from their sump to the overhead tank. We shall provide the overhead tank. |

All doorframes shall be of RCC frame and Doors shall be of 30 mm factory made flush door/second class hard wood panel shutter with ply. Main door shall be teak wood and all bathroom doors shall be of F.R.P (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) |

All window frames shall be made of Powder coated Aluminum /nonteak wooden. Windows shall be non-teak panels with 4 mm thick tinted white color glass and M.S grill to be provided on the window frames |

Concealed wiring with quality Copper Conductor and quality of Modular switches to be provided. |

The Common toilet shall be of Indian pan while the toilet of the master Bedroom shall be of European w/c. Colour ceramic tiles shall be provided up to 7' 00” height in all the toilets. The master bed room toilet shall have the provision for hot & cold water. A wash Basin shall be provided in the Dining Hall. Individual and separate septic tank and soak pit shall be provided for each house. |

Interior walls to be painted with distemper over plaster of Paris and external walls will be painted with cement paint/weather coat. |

The boundary wall height will be of 4' 6” from ground level with 5” thickness to be made out of K.B/fly ash bricks wall as per required. A main gate width of 8' 0” will be M.S grill attached to RCC pillar. |
