Individual boundary wall height upto 4'.6" from ground level having 5" thickness. Made up of with K.B/ fly ash bricks as per requirement, M.S. grill maingate will be provided having width 8'.0" with RCC pillar.
	There will be common water supply to each individual sump from the central bore well and every individual will lift the water from sump to the overhead tank through their own arrangement.
	Internal Sub-Roads will be of Black top/ concrete.
	There will be individual soakpit and septic tank.

ELECTRICAL WORKS : Electrical works with copper wires in concealed PVC conduits. Provision shall be made for sufficient Lighting and Power Point with Modular Switches and Sockets in all rooms. Telephones and Cable T.V. points in the Drawingroom only.
