The cost of the corner house shall be charged 10% extra over and above the cost of the plot.

Expences relating to registration of sale deed, all taxes like, service Tax,VAT and other relating taxes,will be borne by customer only.

The cost of the corner plot shall be charged 10% extra over and above the prevaling cost of the plot.

Completion period of the individual duplex is 18 months from the date of agreemant/resistration of the alloted sub- plot, which is ever later.

All payments towards construction shall be made prior to commencemant of the work.
