The cost of the corner sub-plot shall be charged 3 % extra ove the total unit cost.

Every individual duplex houses shall be given possession within 18 months from the date of construction agreement / sub-plot registration.

Registration shall be made after receiving the total cost of the alloted sub-plot and the cost of construction amounting over that perticular unit excluding the booking amount received from the purchaser.

Expenses relating to the registration of the sub-plot, all the Tax, VAT and any other Tax imposed by the state & central Govt. shall be borne by the customer.

All the payments towards the construction shall be made prior to commencemant of the work.
