10% of the deposited amount shall be deducted , if the booking of the flat get cancelled during its construction.
Registration charges and other miscellaneous expences shall be borne by the customer.
Registration of the flat shall be done after the Seller/ Builder receives the total cost of the flat including Service tax ,VAT and other taxes as imposed by the State & Central Govt.
The purchaser can not negotiable with any another party to sell his/her/their alloted flat before it's resistration.
The purchaser will surrender the same to the devloper and shall be refunded the amount that he/she/they has/have paid towards the booking of the flat only after a deduction of 10% of the total booking amount.
