10% of the deposited amount shall be deducted , if the booking is cancelled during construction of the flat.
Registration charges and expences will be borne by the customer.
Registration will be done after receipt of the total cost of the flat including service tax ,VAT and other taxes as imposed by the Govt.
The purchaser can not negotiable with another party to sell out the alloted flat before resistration. the allotee will surrender the same to the devloper and shall be refunded the amount after deduction of 10% of the booking amount.
