The cost of the corner house shall be charged 10% extra over and above the cost of the plot.
Expenses relating to registration of sale deed, taxes and duties if any, imposed by the Government shall be payable by the purchaser over and above the cost of the land and house.
Completion period of the individual house is 18 months from the date of agreement/registration of the plot/starting of the Group Housing Project.
Normally there shall be no escalation in the cost of the house.
All the payments towards construction shall be made prior to the commencement of the work.
In case of increase/ decrease in the plot area/construction area, the company will fix up the price of the plot area/construction area accordingly.
