What are the Terms & Conditions of the project ?
Registration charges and other miscellaneous expenses shall be borne by the customer.
Registration of the duplex house shall be done after the Developer receives the total cost of the duplex house including Service Tax and any other taxes as imposed by the State & Central Govt.
The purchaser cannot negotiate with any other party to sell his/her/their allotted duplex house before it’s registration.
10% of the deposited amount shall be deducted if the customer cancels the booking of the duplex house.
